“If a tree falls in a forest and no one’s around to hear it does it make a sound?” I dunno, but it might crush some flowers.

It’s weird when you come home from school and find an upside-down tree in your back garden. Then you discover that the tree felling people who are massacring the neighbours’ hedges have extended their services to your neighbours’ garden, and somehow a conifer (flew? Teleported?) managed to get into your mum’s flower bed. What was more interesting, I thought, was that the six-foot man who came round to pick it up, shoulder it and march it back to its rightful place in the tree-shredder, was allergic to dogs. They make him come out in a rash, apparently.

Like this dude could make anyone come out in a rash:

He didn’t want to get off my bed, so I made it around him. I don’t think he was impressed, but he let me take his picture before buggering off to somewhere he wouldn’t be disturbed (downstairs).

I need help captioning that photo, so suggestions are welcome. The best one gets a nice Twitter mention, along with the caption when I post it. You have until tomorrow evening if you want to become (in)famous on my Twitter timeline.

    1. We had dwarves in our sixth form pantomime today! It wasn’t brilliant. They threw lollipops into the crowd, one hit my head, bounced off and hit Hollie’s.

You didn’t actually enter a caption there, love. I will assume ‘salve’ is your entry, whatever it means. Have fun pubbing!

  3. Sorry, but am i not ALREADY (in)famous on twitter and the interwebz? Even slightly?

Charity Week ended today. Ah well. I still have various bits of henna over my hand to remind me.

Did everyone hear about Gaddafi? Laura said there’s video footage where he’s crying. I might go and investigate. Next week. I’ve heard too much about serial killers and dictators this week. (Hitler in History, Albert Hamilton Fish in R.S (DON’T GOOGLE HIM UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL SICK. he even made me feel sick. he’s a child serial killer, rapist and above all, cannibal. Its disgusting.)) Anyway, back to the point,

HURRAYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!! Somebody finally took my advice and shot him (even if it was in the leg or something.) It’s about time people started taking notice of the wonderful brain over here. I could become one of those child geniuss.or is it genii? genii me thinks.

    Never mindy.

    Even better though,

    IT’S HALF TERM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!

worse however – I have two tests on the first day back at school. damn.

Chemistry was surprisingly fun today. Mr (Frank) Burke was dressed as a gnome, no, sorry, dwarf, and all we did was the Mexican wave to successful atom collisions, and then talk about his colour-blindness. He and his cousin (also colour blind) were looking at a shirt in a shop in Canada, arguing over whether it was green or brown. After a long time, they asked the shop assistant. Turned out to be red.

    Poor guy.

However, none of this is relevant. You have wasted perhaps 2 minutes of your life reading this.

    Oh well.

    Bel x 🙂

p.s. And on franks request to learn latin, i give you all this word : salvē (pronounced SAL – WAY)
